In the event of a dispute between you, our client, and Paul Greene & Co. Loss Assessors Ltd, you may issue a complaint to or by post to our office.

We will issue a formal acknowledgment of your complaint within 5 working days of receiving your complaint.

A further written update will issue every 20 working days by a nominated individual within our firm. A comprehensive response will issue within 40 working days of receiving your initial complaint.

Failing resolution via our internal complaints review procedures, you may raise the matter with the Financial Services Ombudsman Bureau, 3rd Floor, Lincoln House, Lincoln Place, Dublin 2.
